Raz has been working in the construction industry for over 15 years. From being a labourer and working around the trades to learn the insides, to setting up his own refurbishments and maintenance company. In 2016 he sets up an FM company that provides solutions to small care providers, and fostering agencies. In 2018, he is head hunted by a prestigious care provided with big plans for expansions, being responsible for 100 ( November 2018 ) to over 800 caring beds ( November 2021 ) .
Raz sets up the North West Facilities Management Group in December 2021 with the aim to help commercial premises being compliant and on top of the reactive and proactive maintenance.
Raz's vision is to offer an affordable, honest and reliable solution, to local North West business. He collaborates with the other partners in order for you to run your operation smoothly

William has been working in the fire and security industry for more than 14 years , initially employed by some big names in the industry and then in 2018 setting up his own company. The company has 3 qualified fire and security engineers, 1 trainee fire and security engineer, and 2 qualified electricians.
William prides himself with his workmanship, customer satisfaction and simple honesty. They install, repair and maintain all fire system , security and electrical systems.

Alex has been working as a plumber and heating engineer for he past 7 years in London. He moves to the North West in 2019 and in 2020 he sets up his own plumbing and heating company, and in 2021 he expands into bathrooms and kitchen fittings as well. Alex's aim is to provide a reliable, affordable and honest service with a quick turnover.
